We're magpies at heart. We see shiny things at gem shows and suppliers, we must have them, and we buy them, then we get them back to the studio and think, "what are we going to do with these?" Then we let the calzone theory of creativity take over: you think about a bunch of ingredients, say, multicolored sapphires, gold bars, mirror beads. You toss them together and tuck them into a little corner of your brain. You let it cook there a while, maybe sleep on it. Aurora 2 bracelet, Two strands of multicolor laser-faceted sapphires flank a row of pearls, and are guided by 14K bar spacers. 14K gold mirror beads and safety clasp complete the picture.
